We’re so honored to have you joining a Sloan Tour. Whether this is your first time, we’ve taken every measure to ensure a most memorable and value-packed tour. Your willingness to share this time with us and your trust in us to show off and represent your visiting country are great honors for our team to hold. Terms & Conditions
While every effort is made to adhere to the specifics outlined, changes may sometimes be required. Therefore, all prices, itineraries, accommodations, admissions, and other information are those in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Please read ALL the following information and then complete your attached registration form. Please note: Each traveler must fill out their forms. After completing the required paperwork, digitally sign with your printed name and click complete. You may then pay your $1,500 non-refundable deposit or pay for your trip in full.
Costs & Payments
Your final payment of $4,695 includes all transportation (tour vehicle, ferry,) 2 airport transfers, accommodations, sightseeing and entrance fees, tour-included excursions, fuel surcharges, and taxes, along with breakfast and one other meal every day.
Airfare, personal incidentals, and tips are not included. All final payments are due in full 40 days before departure, or you risk the forfeiture of your place on tour.
All rates are per person in U.S. dollars, based on room occupancy of two or more persons, and are subject to change. If you are traveling alone and wish to be paired with a fellow traveler, we are happy to help arrange that at no additional cost.

Please note: Only when your registration forms and deposit are received is your place on this tour secure and constitutes an agreement to terms and conditions.
If you travel alone and wish to have private accommodations, a single supplement (SS) charge of $1,995.00 will be factored in to make that arrangement possible.
Arrival & Day Zero
All guests will meet at a designated meeting place at Edinburgh Airport on the morning of the tour, beginning at 9:30 am. If, for any reason, you are not on time to meet the group at the Airport at the designated departure time of 10:00 am, meeting up with the tour group will be at your expense and could be costly.
To reduce the likelihood of this incident, we provide an optional, stress-free day zero option for the trip if you want to take advantage of it. Our day zero package is a day for your body to adjust and includes one-night accommodation, dinner, and breakfast the following morning.
Passports
Be sure your passport is up-to-date (valid for a minimum until April 8th, 2024, or 6 months past the arrival date) and that you have included the passport number on the “Registration Form.” If you do not have a passport, write (n/a) on the passport number line, and provide Sloan Tours with the information when your passport arrives.
Ireland and the United Kingdom do not require anyone traveling with a US or Canadian passport to have a Visa. Please contact coty@sloantours.com if you are traveling with a passport issued by a country other than the USA or Canada. If you do not have a passport, you should apply soon. Although unlikely, it can and may take up to 90 days to receive your passport; expedited service is available.
Cancellations
At no time will your deposit portion be refunded. You will be entitled to a 50% refund, less your deposit, if canceled 30 days or more before departure. Sloan Tours will only accept cancellations in writing. Cancellations after that are guaranteed no refund, though we will do our best to refund what we can, which will be paid out after the tour.
Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention, or US State Department warnings will be subject to the above policy, provided the tour can continue. Should Sloan Tours elect to cancel a departure for any reason, every effort will be made to obtain a total refund from suppliers; however, we cannot guarantee on their behalf. If Sloan Tours cancels a tour outside of the above-listed reasons, a full refund, including a deposit, will be made.
Luggage
Luggage will be limited to one (1) checked piece of luggage, no larger than 50 lbs, and one (1) small personal bag such as a backpack, purse, etc. Despite popular opinion, this luggage limit is highly doable, and no exceptions can be made. Please check with the airlines for weight and dimension restrictions. Limiting our luggage is necessary due to the logistics and your overall well-being. Sloan Tours is not responsible for damaging or losing luggage or personal items. All damage/loss must be reported at the time of the incident and documented in writing by a local authority for submission to any insurance company you may get for your own travel.
Travel Insurance
You may purchase travel insurance for possible tour/airline cancellations, lost luggage, delays or medical needs while overseas, and more. If you are interested, a great resource for trip insurance can be found at www.insuremytrip.com or www.travelguard.com. Prices vary, and basic coverage without trip cancellation can be very inexpensive. There are two ways that you can quote your trip.
If you are unsure about going, fill out the info as requested. If it is time to go and you know that you are getting on the plane and only need lost baggage, medical, air evacuation coverage, etc, then put 0.00 in for the trip cost. Doing so will eliminate the trip cancellation portion and drastically lower the price. Sloan Tours is not responsible for cancellations beyond our control.
Travelers With Disabilities
Participants requiring ANY form of assistance are REQUIRED to notify Sloan Tours in writing at the time of making their reservation. They must be cleared “fit for travel” according to the trip outline before their spot
can be reserved. Failure to do this will result in loss of deposit and place on tour. If significant assistance or care is required, you must also be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing additional services.
Registration
Sloan Tours must receive all final payments at least 40 days before departure. Payment of the registration fee constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions provided.
